BPS-Sberbank held Days of Financial Literacy for People of Pension Age
Pensioners are quite active users of banking services, but often they simply lack of knowledge and experience in using all modern technologies.
BPS-Sberbank endeavors to make the life of retirees more comfortable. On a regular basis the bank carries out activities aimed at improving the pensioners’ financial literacy.
There are many reasons why pensioners do not want to use payment cards and self-service machines: the fear of all that is new, the inability to use ATMs and self-service terminals, the fear of being cheated, and many others.
In this case, the banks’ objective is to help the older generation find their bearings in a variety of financial products and services, as well as overcome all possible fears and concerns.
